Jaylen Allen Ministries began with a vision…
While serving as one of the campus ministers at North Carolina Central University in August of 2019, Jaylen was given a vision from God of a ministry. In January of 2020, after being laid off, Jaylen knew it was time for something different and that it was time to establish Jaylen Allen Ministries (J.A.M.).
J.A.M. was created as a space for young adults to be free in serving Christ with their own unique styles, backgrounds, and personalities! It is a ministry intentionally designed to merge leaders together for ONE purpose: to glorify God with our gifts!
Our mission is simple: To edify kingdom minded individuals through transformative events, building community, teaching the gospel and utilizing our spiritual gifts in creative ways. We are founded firmly on the core values of service, transparency, teaching, integrity and unity.
Whether it is through workshops, revivals, panels, prayer calls, community service or other events, we hope you will join us in our desire to create, innovate and elevate in Christ!
About the Founder
Get to know Pastor Jaylen!
Jaylen Allen answered the call to ministry on November 13, 2015. However, prior to preaching, there were other areas of ministry that he served in such as ushering, singing in the choir, leading the step team for church, and teaching Sunday school. In addition, Jaylen has also been a speaker for youth revivals and men’s day services. In 2019, he was ordained as an Elder in the Lord’s church. Then, at the beginning of the pandemic in March of 2020, Jaylen Allen Ministries was established as a nonprofit religious organization! As aforementioned, this organization is committed to having community service events, bible studies, services and fellowship gatherings.
In March 2022 he began studying for his Master’s in Divinity at Liberty University. Then from January 2023 to December 2024, Jaylen was appointed the Campus Pastor of Ignited Blue Apostolic Church International. In addition, in October 2024 he received his Masters in Divinity at Liberty University and officially crossed the stage in May of 2025! He also released his apparel brand, “Christ Over Culture” and “Always Remain Teachable in 2023 and continues building it to this day!
In his free time, Jaylen enjoys shopping, trying new restaurants, going to the beach and spending family time with his wife Prophetess Whitney Allen and their son, Chance.
